### Terms and Conditions for InfinitePebble  

**Effective Date:** July 3, 2025  

By accessing or using InfinitePebble ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you must cease using our services immediately.  

#### 1. User Accounts  

- **Accuracy:** You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.  

- **Security:** Maintain password confidentiality and notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.  

- **Consequences:** False information or security breaches may result in account suspension/termination.  

#### 2. User Conduct  

You agree **not** to:  

- Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users.  

- Engage in fraud, phishing, or illegal activities.  

- Upload offensive, explicit, or unlawful content.  

- Disrupt Platform functionality (e.g., spam, malware, excessive bandwidth use).  

*Violations may lead to immediate account termination.*  

#### 3. Pricing Changes  

We reserve the right to modify pricing. Users will receive **30 days’ advance notice** via email or Platform notification.  

#### 4. Payments & Refunds  

**Payment Terms:**  

- All tutoring sessions must be paid via the Platform.  

- Accepted methods: Bank cards, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Paystack, Paytm, Flutterwave, Payfast.  

**Refund Eligibility:**  

Refunds are issued **only** if:  

- The tutor cancels the session.  

- The session fails due to *Platform technical issues*.  

#### 5. Tutor Responsibilities  

- **Profile Accuracy:** Qualifications, experience, and availability must be truthful and current.  

- **Session Delivery:** Provide punctual, professional sessions aligned with educational standards.  

- **Legal Compliance:** Adhere to all regional educational laws and regulations.  

*Misrepresentation may result in suspension or removal.*  

#### 6. Student Responsibilities  

- **Participation:** Attend sessions on time and engage actively.  

- **Feedback:** Provide constructive reviews/ratings after sessions.  

#### 7. Cancellation Policy  

**By Students:**  

- **>24 hours notice:** Free cancellation/rescheduling.  

- **24 hours in advance** without penalty.  

- Changes **12 months.  

#### 15. Governing Law  

- Governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., Delaware, USA].  

- Disputes resolved through binding arbitration.
